In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By creating a pka33 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the pka33 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific products (including but not limited to sportsbook betting rules, casino game rules, and bonus terms).
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pka33 relating to your use of the Platform.
2.3 Your continued use of pka33 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3.1 To be eligible to use pka33, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited; (d) not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pka33.
3.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in gambling activities via pka33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pka33 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in clause 3.1. Any false representation is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
4.1 Each individual may hold one (1) pka33 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. pka33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.
4.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your pka33 credentials to any third party. pka33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials confidential.
4.4 You must notify pka33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
5.1 All deposits to your pka33 account are denominated and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT (TRC20). Available methods may change from time to time.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the pka33 cashier page and are subject to change. pka33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which pka33 accepts no responsibility.
5.3 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any third-party deposit discovered will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 pka33 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud prevention systems identify unusual patterns.
6.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. All withdrawal requests must be submitted through the pka33 account cashier and are subject to pka33's processing times.
6.2 Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete pka33's KYC verification procedure. This requires submission of a clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC. pka33 may request additional supporting documentation (proof of address, source of funds declaration) where required by its risk management or compliance procedures.
6.3 pka33 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification and reserves the right to close an account and return funds to source if KYC documentation is not satisfactorily provided within a reasonable timeframe.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary. Indicative times: JazzCash and Easypaisa — up to 24 hours; Bank Transfer — 1 to 3 business days; Cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times. pka33 does not guarantee specific processing times.
7.1 All bets placed on pka33 are subject to the applicable product-specific rules in force at the time the bet is accepted. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or betting rule, the specific rule shall prevail in respect of that product.
7.2 pka33 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; technical faults; match abandonment (subject to specific sportsbook settlement rules); and where pka33 has reasonable grounds to suspect betting manipulation or fraud.
7.3 The outcome of all live dealer casino games at pka33 is determined by physical cards, dice, or wheels operated by dealers in real time. The outcome of all RNG casino and slot games is determined by certified random number generators. pka33 does not influence game outcomes after a wager has been accepted.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products on pka33 and are displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market. These limits may be adjusted at pka33's discretion.
8.1 pka33 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions — which are published alongside each offer.
8.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be staked on eligible products before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
8.3 pka33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled, any associated bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be removed from the account.
8.4 Bonuses are subject to one offer per account, per household address, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension.

9.2 Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to, deposit to, or wager on pka33. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the specified exclusion period expires.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pka33 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pka33 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the breach is confirmed.
11.1 All content on the pka33 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the pka33 brand name and logo — is the property of pka33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pka33 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any pka33 content without express written permission.
12.1 pka33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pka33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 pka33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from technical faults, network outages, data errors, or delays in payment processing.
12.3 pka33's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pka33 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pka33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.1 pka33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
13.2 Where changes are material, pka33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via on-platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of pka33 following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.3 If you do not accept any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pka33 operates.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, you should contact pka33 customer support in the first instance. pka33 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through any applicable dispute resolution process specified by pka33's licensing authority.
14.3 You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis. Class-action proceedings or combined proceedings involving multiple claimants are not permitted.
